- Download the Roster Form (XLS)
- Enable Editing
- Edit the Form with all necessary information
- Save the Form
- Email the completed form to the League President and your respective Boys or Girls Vice-President. This emailed version will be used to copy/paste into your online team rosters
- Send a hardcopy, signed by a school administrator, along with copies of birth documents (or other approved docs as listed in the League By-Laws) to your respective Boys or Girls Vice-President by the League deadline - typically the Wednesday before Thanksgiving of each playing season
